To ground into embodiment is to teach all sisters that objectification culture cannot withstand women in their full, self-loving power

To tend to the inner landscape is to love-into-liberation, all aspects of ourselves that have felt neglected

Let us take to these roads of reclamation together.
It is time to claim your place on this planet as a leader in full self-love!

Hello beautiful beings. I am the author and founder of the Re-Humanize Movement, which is committed to challenging objectification, breaking the silence around sexual violence, and transforming trauma into brilliant self-love. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training at Ahimsa, after living and working on Yasodhara Ashram, which is devoted to celebrating the Divine Feminine. Leading international retreats alongside my mama and other fierce-fem leaders, I co-create transformational spaces for women to reclaim their radiance.

My offerings pull from several areas of my life; including, my body image & self-esteem work with NEDIC (National Eating Disorder Info Centre), extensive education in anti-oppressive social work, Reiki certification, competitive dance background, Somatic Sex Education & tantric training, experience facilitating movement on Grandmother Kaariina's Sacred Womb's Retreat, and Women's Spiritual Empowerment Coach Certification with the Maia Mystery School. I am currently writing my 2nd book, launching Re-Humanize as an official foundation, offering 1-1 storytelling sessions, leading ecstatic dance events, facilitating Red Tent Ceremonies, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. The E-Books, guided meditations, and majority of course content are downloadable- so you will have endless access to those materials.
How long do I have access to the course?

Who is this course for?
Anyone who identifies as woman! We welcome womyn-identified folk of all shapes, ages, sizes, colours, backgrounds, sexual orientations, etc. If you identify as non-binary and you're not sure if this course is right for you- please contact me directly at [email protected] . It is my hope to make this course accessible and welcoming for all beings who are called to it.
Can this course heal my relationship to food/body image?
Absolutely! These are practices that have been immensely healing for MYSELF and for many women in the realm of transforming disordered eating, food/weight preoccupation, and negative body image. I combine powerful tools from my training and work in fat studies, body image & self-esteem workshops, womb healing, somatic therapy, trauma-informed yoga, sacred dance, anti-oppressive social work, and much more. If you are struggling with an eating disorder, please know that this is not an adequate REPLACEMENT to treatment.
Why is Sacred Sensuality included in the course?
The root of Body Rejection lies within Objectification Culture, therefore we cannot have a conversation about Body Love without including such topics as Sacred Sexuality. Objectification is defined as, “viewing and/or treating a person as an object, devoid of thought or feeling. Often, objectification is targeted at women and reduces them to objects of sexual pleasure and gratification". If objectification is the ROOT PROBLEM, then body dissatisfaction and sexual wounding are the symptoms. This course also offers a HOLISTIC approach to Body Love: this means that NO aspects of our bodies are excluded from this reclamation. Your relationship to your sexuality is between you and you; this means that all sexual orientations and expressions are welcome and will benefit from this course.
